Following its acquisition by the Fintrix Markets Group earlier this year, Aksys Global Markets Ltd has been rebranded to Fintrix Markets. A new identity for a brokerage with proven experience, Fintrix Markets is continuing its commitment to client-focused innovation and development.
As part of its long-term growth strategy, Fintrix Markets Group has acquired two established brokerages: Aksys Global Markets Ltd (established in 2022) and TFB Limited (established in 2016). These entities bring with them longstanding regulatory history, trading infrastructure and regional client bases.
In addition to these acquisitions, the Group has secured a regulatory licence in Saint Lucia, which will soon support future operational flexibility and give clients greater access to tailored trading conditions.
At the core of Fintrix Markets is a leadership team with over 40 years of combined industry experience. Backed by significant investment, the brokerage is focused on reducing friction and enhancing day-to-day trading through purposeful, client-first refinements.

Peter Spanos, an industry veteran in FX and CFDs, now leads Fintrix Markets as Director. Pictured above at the company’s Australian head office.
Now operating under this new team and identity, Fintrix Markets has rolled out key upgrades including infrastructure enhancements via oneZero, improved pricing through top-tier liquidity providers, and 10 new payment integrations to offer more flexible funding options.
“Our focus is on trust, technology and trader support,” said Peter Spanos, Director of Fintrix Markets. “We want to cut through the noise and deliver a brokerage traders can trust. These recent enhancements are just the beginning of what we’ve set out to build.”
Spanos is a seasoned financial markets professional with over 20 years of experience in FX and CFDs. He has a strong track record in market making, volatility management and building risk frameworks for global trading operations, having held senior positions overseeing risk and product development for several major brokers.
Building on this foundation, Fintrix Markets is in the final stages of integrating the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform and introducing a copy trading solution through its partnership with Brokeree. These additions will expand the platform options available to clients, offering greater flexibility, familiarity and transparency in how they trade and manage their strategies.
“We’ve been making meaningful progress behind the scenes to elevate the trading experience,” Spanos added. “The next few months will see key updates go live, and we’re excited to share what’s coming.”

Fintrix is establishing robust trading conditions designed to meet the needs of active CFD traders.
Fintrix Markets will be attending the Forex Expo Dubai in October, showcasing its trader-focussed capabilities and launching its presence in Asia, the Middle East and beyond.
“This event will offer an opportunity for prospective clients, partners and industry peers to connect with the Fintrix team and explore our product offerings. I look forward to attending.” said Spanos.
